High school education and relevant training and experience required; At least one year of office environment experience required.

 

Position Description

 

Must have knowledge of service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; Perform general administrative functions including: answering a high volume of incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner, composing correspondence, department organization, distribute faxes and mail, greet clients. Answer and forward guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Assist Catering Sales Manager with in-house promotions and associate functions. Ability to accurately use various office software. Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors. Ability to assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports and presentations as needed. Ability to accurately report information. Ability to assist with various office tasks as needed. Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures. Attend required meetings.
