Position  Description  Catering and Events Sales Manager.  Primary tasks and objectives in this position is to sell all hotel meeting space, banquets, functions, Ruth’s Chris Steak House banquets,  events, group activities, while ensuring up-selling at all times as well as monitoring the client experience and needs.
