Position Requirements Current Utah food handlers permit required. Minimum lifting of 20 pounds. Minimum of 2-3 years hotel/restaurant cooking experience.

Position Description

The PM Line Cook position is responsible for preparation, cooking and service of hot and cold items. Must have experience in salads, saut, grill and short order cooking. Heavy pasta saut. Adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items.   Perform dinner set-up duties according to the Prep List schedule. Maintain health and sanitation standards.

This position is 4pm to 12am, 5 days per week. May include weekends and holidays.  May be needed earlier or later depending on hotel needs.
