| Position Description |
Basic Function: Oversee and manage nighttime operations for the following areas of the hotel: Front Office, AYS, Bell Staff, Valet, Doormen, to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability is maximized. Work Performed: 1. Supervise all Rooms Division areas to ensure compliance with hotel management objectives and procedures. 2. Participate in the Lounge/Lobby Programs. 3. Know all safety and emergency procedures for guests and employees and how to act upon them. 4. Understand accident prevention policies. 5. Anticipate and intervene in all incidents of guest dissatisfaction and attempts to satisfy all such guests within hotel policy. 6. Document and copy all applicable departments including Front Office Manager and General Manager on incident reports 7. Oversee Repeat Guest Arrival Program. 8. Attend regularly scheduled departmental and staff meetings as defined by supervisor. 9. Complete other projects as assigned by Front Office Manager and General Manager. | |
