Assists Food and Beverage Manager with scheduling, coaching and counseling, training. Additionally, oversees the set up and clean up of all food/beverage preparation for all hospitality functions. Supervises food and beverage service and staff to ensure consistency throughout the function. Answers telephones and takes or receives room service orders from cashier and/or guests. Sets up trays with proper condiments and utensils. Deliver trays to guest rooms as needed.
