Position Description	"At Your Service" is the heart of the hotel. This individual will provide leadership and direction for the At Your Service Department while displaying excellent customer service and the desire to serve our guests. Phone skills are a must as well as being able to type 40 WPM, have basic computer knowledge, speak, write and read English fluently. They will be responsible for hiring, training, schedules, and evaluations of the staff. They will ensure that each associate has the tools and resources to perform their job. The ideal candidate must have flexibility to work all shifts including weekends, nights and holidays.
