Limited service 229 room hotel at the Phoenix Airport under new ownership to be renovated and re-branded is seeking an experienced hotel controller to be on site immediately. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 5+ years of hands-on experience in a hotel accounting environment and a strong background in computerized hotel systems, to include front of house in addition to back office systems. Must be experienced with payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit, general ledger account reconciliations, financial statement preparation and Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel. Undergraduate degree in Accounting preferred.  Experience with Solomon accounting systems, IT support, construction accounting as well as a CHAE designation are all definite pluses. Benefits package.
