111 Room Full Service Hotel is looking for a dynamic person join our team.  This position requires 50% outside sales and 50% inside meeting and event coordinating.    Ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience and a background in sales.  

Responsible for soliciting new business and developing relationships while maintaining and increasing revenue from existing accounts

Represent the hotel on sales calls, trade shows, civic associations and convention meetings

Maintain and report weekly bookings

Conduct site tours

Maintain and increase the sales database

Conduct cold calls to areas businesses and associations

Respond to all leads supplied by Holiday Inn and other sources

Create and prepare banquet event orders and contracts to distribute to clients and staff

Greet clients and ensure expectations are met or exceeded

Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to create unique, memorable meetings and events

Attend weekly revenue meetings and give input on rates and strategy

Previous public contact, friendly, excellent customer service skills
