Ensure highest quality service and standards to each guest and Team Member.
Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate.
Provide clear direction in assigning and instructions to the maintenance team.
Review monthly budget for operating supplies and equipment.
Give immediate response to all guest opportunities and correspondence
Delegate and monitor department check lists
and projects for downtimes.
