Position Requirements	5+ years of hotel sales. Supervisory/Leadership experience.
Position Description	Position is responsible for developing and recommending a group sales marketing plan and budget, the daily operations and training and directing of the sales staff. Must be a minimum of 5 years in Hotel Sales. Looking for self-motivated, out going and team oriented leader who can facilitate and lead revenue management process, strategies, dictate rate restrictions, manage managers and associates including weekly sales meetings, goal setting, ongoing training, blitzes, coaching and counseling. Will also have aggressive individual booking and solicitation goals. Must lead by example and have positive consistent disposition.
