Position Description

The Human Resource Coordinator will be responsible to manage and process all aspects of payroll and maintain associate eligibility and benefit enrollment.  Great communication skills are a must.  The ideal candidate will have good energy and be able to organize all associate events to encourage high levels of moral.  In addition to monitoring associate training and conducting New Hire Orientation, the candidate must be able to ensure associate confidentiality by securing all associate information. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
