Position Requirements

Looking for candidates with at least 3 years of previous experience at a supervisory level, strong knowledge of hotel operations, and a proven ability to provide outstanding guest service.  Knowledge of Opera PMS system preferred.

 

Position Description

Assists the Director of Guest Services in managing and coordinating the activities of guest service representatives, drivers, bellmen, telephone operators, and night auditors to ensure guest satisfaction and to maximize hotel profitability.

 

Ensures that the arrival, departure, and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.

 

Tracks guest satisfaction surveys and maximizes usage of the guest responses.

 

Interact positively with customers and take action to resolve problems to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.

 

Resolve customer complaints; anticipate potential problems by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow and associate performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality.

 

Performs any other job related duties as assigned.
