The Chief Engineer will be capable of the following:
 

*Perform, manage, and supervise engineering operations for our entire hotel facility. 

*Manage the daily operations of the Engineering department. 

*Maintain the entire hotel facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC 
systems, and related equipment. 

*Coordinate and supervise all safety-related areas of the hotel; including responsibility for the Safety Committee. 

*Service and maintain equipment and tools. 

*Conduct walkthroughs and visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of all equipment. 

*Adhere to all corporate-required purchasing policies and controls. 

*Follow prescribed safety procedures for personnel and equipment by the company and OSHA.

 

*Previous experience with refrigeration, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry and building construction.  2-3 years experience as a Chief Engineer in a hotel.
