Montage Deer Valley, opening December 2010 in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, promises to be one of North America's finest mountain resort destinations.

Chief Engineer start date is currently scheduled for October 2010. 

The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for overall management of kitchen staff for Apex in support of Montage Deer Valley Mission, Vision and Values; including profitable financial management, effective leadership, excellent customer service skills, and supervision of overall Hotel Food & Beverage standards, including selection, training and supervision of kitchen staff, proper preparation of menu items, equipment and safety measures.

Performs additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.

Must have at least five (5) plus years experience in a luxury resort and/or upscale restaurant group
