11.   Supporting the corporate annual budget, including monthly variance analysis

12.   The General Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel, spa, and resort including but not limited to:

-Training and development of front desk staff

-Management and efficient scheduling of all staff, balancing the hotel's day-to-day needs against labor cost-per-room goals

-Enforcing the highest level of standards and ensuring that the hotel achieves and maintains an A rating in all categories

-Oversee the banquet and catering services of the property and build relationships with local businesses in need of these facilities

-Assist in building and maintaining a steady revenue stream from local businesses in need of our accommodations

-Ensuring that all staff (front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, etc.) are meeting daily goals

-Spanish is a Plus
