| Position Description |
The Salt Lake Marriott City Center is seeking a detail oriented professional with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks to fill the role of a Catering Administrative Assistant. This person will be responsible for assisting the catering & convention service managers in their daily tasks, as well as, answering phones, organizing and filing reports, clerical and overall administrative duties, managing reports, and ordering supplies. This job allows for a fun, fast paced environment with the opportunity for advancement. Required Skills and Experience: -Must be computer literate and type at least 40 wpm. -Knowledge of hotel catering and conference management operations. -Excellent communication, organization and guest relation skills. -Must be detailed oriented and able to prioritize work. -Must be customer service oriented and have excellent hospitality skills and must be able to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently. -Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications -Flexible schedule required. -Delphi experience preferred. | |
