Position Description

This is a PM shift from 3-11PM, schedule is based on occupancy of hotel so some flexibility to your schedule is a must.


As a PM front desk agent you will be handling guest reception, guests complains,  and finding ways to successfully resolve any issues during a guest's stay.  You also have to communicate with other departments to make sure the guest is happy with whatever they need during their stay.  As a Hilton Garden Inn employee you will need to exemplify a culture of being bright hearted by surpassing guest expectations and being personally invested in each guests stay.
