The Complex Group Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with new and existing clients. Job Specifications

Onsite: Black Desert Resort / Red Mountain Resort

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full Time

The budgeted range starts at $65,000 – $80,000 + incentive bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Job Responsibilities but not limited:

· Execute strategic sales plans targeting Leisure, Group, Corporate, and social segments.

· Prospect and generate new leads to expand the client base across various market segments.

· Cultivate and deepen client relationships across these segments, understanding unique requirements and preferences.

· Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within each segment.

· Collaboratively work with the marketing team to develop segment-specific promotional campaigns and materials.

· Represent the resort at key industry events and trade shows, focusing on networking and building connections.

· Liaise closely with other resort departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless service delivery aligned with client expectations.

· Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Director of Group Sales with insights and recommendations.

· Guide and support the sales team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaborative success.

· Oversee contract negotiations and agreements with a keen eye on beneficial terms for the resort.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

· Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on diverse market segments.

· Strong negotiation skills and an established track record in strategic sales planning and execution.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.

· Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Capacity to travel as needed and adapt to flexible working hours.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $65,000.00/Yr. – $80,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
