We strive to exceed each client’s expectations through creative menu development, innovative presentation, and truly exceptional service. We provide more than just a meal, with over 250 years of collective experience amongst our culinary team – we elevate a simple meal into a memorable experience that both tantalizes and inspires the senses.

Although our name sounds really BIG, UFS is actually a small family owned and operated business that prides ourselves on providing the kind of old-fashioned customer service that unfortunately has largely disappeared from this industry nowadays. Our services include customized menus featuring global and local fare, special dietary meal service (such as: gluten-free, vegan, kosher), extensive beverage and bar service, chef action stations, and floral décor and design.
