The Sheraton Park City is recruiting for a PM Bar/Lounge Server to join our Food & Beverage team! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about serving guests and providing excellent service to all. And someone who makes work fun! Must have at least one year of serving experience and your TIPS and Food Handler’s Cards. Could be part-time or full-time, but need weekends (Friday & Saturday).

JOB OVERVIEW
Serve and assist guests in the Timbers Bar and Restaurant.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner.
- Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, service, appropriate wines, and food preparation.
- Write order on check or memorize order.
- Relay order to kitchen and service bar.
- Observe guests to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed for guest checkout.
- Total bill and accept payment or refer guest to cashier.
- Clear and reset counters or table at conclusion of each course.
- Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints.
- Use proper etiquette guidelines for seating guests.
- Practice and observe all safety rules and procedures.
- Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested.
- Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures.
- Ability to accurately use various office software.

Compensation: $8.50 + tips
