Do you enjoy a bakery/coffee shop atmosphere? Are you excellent at assisting guests? Are you responsible, dependable, and do you have basic supervisory skills? If so, please apply today for our Full-Time Barista Lead (Front of House) position in our renowned Bakery at Zermatt Utah (aka Zermatt Resort & Spa), located in Midway, Bakery Supervisor provides excellent service to guests of the Bakery in overseeing and assisting with serving coffee and beverages, preparing sandwiches, and serving goods from our bakery showcase. Basic food preparation skills are required, such as making chocolate dipped strawberries, preparing sandwiches, etc. Additionally, the Barista Lead will supervise all Front of House Bakery staff members, and will assist the Pastry Chef with scheduling, coaching & counseling Front of House staff members, ordering, and other supervisory duties. Basic cashiering and cleaning duties are also part of this position.

Previous Barista/Bakery experience is required, and basic supervisory skills are a must. Previous supervisory/managerial experience are strongly preferred. Excellent customer/guest service experience is required, as is an upbeat, friendly demeanor. Must have or be able to obtain a valid Utah Food Handler Permit. Must have a flexible schedule and be willing and able to work mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays.
