Job Specification:

Onsite: Black Desert Resort

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full Time

Compensation: The budgeted range starts at $16.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Offer personalized assistance to guests, including but not limited to dining reservations, travel arrangements, tour bookings, and event tickets.
  • Ensure that all requests are handled with attention to detail and tailored to guest preferences.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of local attractions, events, dining, and entertainment options. Offer insightful recommendations to guests based on their preferences and needs.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Address guests by name and remember personal preferences to enhance their experience at the resort.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or special requests with efficiency and discretion. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and various resort departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, transportation, and other services as needed.
  • Keep detailed records of guest requests and preferences to ensure personalized service during current and future stays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, events, and customs.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling guest information.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
