Job Overview

Part-time position open for individual with strong customer service and available to work a variable schedule. Will perform a variety of duties in support of the Thomas S. Monson Center in downtown Salt Lake City. This includes greeting groups, setting up tables, chairs, catering and AV for groups and a variety of other client support and administrative duties when needed.

This position requires a background check clearance; background check is paid for by the department.  Employees receive the benefit of a free Trax/UTA pass during employment.

Weekend and evening work will be required.

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
  • Uses banquet event orders to ensure the client’s needs are met.
  • Assists clients with AV equipment and other needs on-site.
  • Attends scheduled staff meetings.
  • Receives, greets and directs visitors to appropriate person or office.
