This financial management position earns a competitive salary of $110,000 to $135,000 per year, plus an annual bonus of up to 15% based on performance. In this financial management position, you are vital to the financial operations of our company. Your main priority is to help us enhance our financial performance and operational decision-making. With deadlines always in mind, you produce the monthly financial statements, maintain fixed asset ledgers, and prepare depreciation schedules. Highly attentive to detail, you prepare the full report of the year’s financial operations, monitor billing, oversee accounts receivable, and safeguard all funds in our bank and investment accounts. You rigorously manage cash and accounts payable as well as oversee the reconciliation of bank statements.

Organized and efficient, you maintain the investment program, oversee our bi-weekly company payroll, administer and collection of membership dues, and manage the club’s building and property insurance. A natural-born leader, you train and advise other department heads about the financial aspects of their responsibilities. Ensuring all laws are met, you prepare and complete audits and ensure all financial statements are complete and accurate. You also oversee the completion of our federal, state, and local tax returns.

Serving as a strategic thought partner, you establish and monitor the annual budget in coordination with the finance committee, department managers, and Chief Operating Officer, focusing on the company’s financial well-being and sustained growth. You collaborate with other managers and coordinators to ensure all club transactions go smoothly and our employee benefit programs function properly. Using your excellent communication and networking skills, you coordinate with vendors and negotiate contracts for office equipment and utilities. You take pride in the part you play in the success of our company!


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA, MBA or an equivalent field of study
  • 5+ years of experience as a director of finance, controller, OR in a related position
  • Knowledge of current federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to club operations
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Excellent computer skills

An MBA, CPA, or internationally recognized equivalent would be a plus. Experience using Jonas and Paylocity software would also be beneficial.
