Job Overview

This position provides an important link between receiving product and the distribution of that project to the various departments within Deer Valley Resort. Receives, stores and issues supplies in accordance with company policy and systems.


  • Must be 21 years or older
  • This is a physical job that requires moving product around the lodge. Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Computer knowledge helpful
  • Able to read and do simply arithmetic
  • Conscientious and thorough
  • Able to work well with coworkers
  • Self-motivated
  • Need to be flexible with time and schedule. Schedules vary from 7:30 am – 9:00 pm, weekends and holidays required


  • Receive product from purveyors
  • Inspect product upon delivery to assure it matches product invoices
  • Check all invoices to make sure they match the quantities ordered
  • Add new product to existing inventory by placing it in the correct location and restocking the computer-based inventory
  • Process requisitions received from various departments by pulling the porder, entering the order in the computer inventory, charging the order to the correct department and delivering the order in a timely manner
  • Take supplies to the kitchen
  • Store and issue products to maintain proper rotation of inventory
  • Help in other departments during storeroom down time
  • Keep storeroom areas neat and clean
