The Sheraton Park City is currently recruiting for a Group Housing Coordinator  to join our Sales & Marketing team! We are looking for someone with rooms, reservations, or a group housing background who can bring experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm to the team! We would prefer Sheraton or Marriott experience, but it is not required. Must possess strong computer skills. This position will support both the Sheraton Park City and the Sheraton Salt Lake City. Will work out of Salt Lake City as well as the Park City location.

To coordinate group room reservations and related functions.


  • Coordinate group room reservations and related functions with in-house departments, affiliates, and outside group contacts.
  • Provide and maintain sincere, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all guests and associates.
  • Be proficient in all areas of reservations and the general operation of the hotel.
  • Maintain ownership of group blocks, including pickup numbers, reservation methods, billing, and proper treatment of VIP guests.
  • Coordinate tasks and work with other departments.
  • Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet the appropriate quality standards.
  • Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood, Sheraton/Marriott and hotel policies and procedures.
  • Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
  • Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
  • Conducts himself/herself (acts and dresses) professionally at all times; sets standards for the associates.


  • Ability to lift a minimum of 10pounds and pull 10 pounds
  • Ability to stand and sit for periods of time.
  • Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, and manual dexterity.


  • Must have at least 1 year of group housing, rooms, reservations, or related experience.
  • Marriott/Sheraton experience preferred, but not required.
