Job Overview

PURPOSE OF POSITION:  To ensure guest, owner and employee satisfaction by fulfilling the Deer Valley Difference.  We provide customers with unparalleled attention to detail and a genuine pledge to service excellence.


  • Exceptional administrative and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Deer Valley and  the Park City area
  • Ability to provide excellent and specialized customer service for owner/guest
  • Competent using the following computer software: internet based software programs, Microsoft outlook, excel, word and point of sale systems
  • Follow prescribed formats for writing documents and presenting information to others
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and balance accounts at the end of each shift
  • Perform multiple tasks and prioritize in order to meet changing job conditions
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Recognize and initiate best hospitality practices; self-motivated, able to solve practical problems
