PURPOSE OF POSITION:  Give world class customer service to the employees of Deer Valley.  Generate Employee Job Offers, administer employee onboarding, distribute employee privileges & provide general information to employees and guests of Deer Valley.

  • Comfortable in multitasking environment.
  • Spanish speaking skills are very helpful.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer multiple aspects of the hiring process.
  • Build recurring seasonal requisitions and process the rehire offers.
  • Screen phone calls, take messages and transfer calls as needed.
  •  Maintain professional and courteous attitude in high pressure situations.
  • Administer privileges to eligible parties.
  • Produce end of day summary and payment reconciliation.
  • Administer onboarding for all employees and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Understand the appropriate types of acceptable I-9 documents – and verification of such through use of E Verify.
  • Produce ID cards, season passes and employee discount lunch cards.
  • Maintain all filing for Human Resources.
  • Maintain all Human Resources common areas for cleanliness.
  • Be knowledgeable in operation and maintenance of office machines.
  • Be knowledgeable of Deer Valley events, staff, facilities and products and provide information.
  • Have an understanding of the duties of Human Resources staff and be available to answer questions and assist.
  • Be aware of and adhere to Deer Valley Resort policy at all times.
  • Keep all personnel information confidential.
  •  Assist candidates with applications in person and over the phone.
  • Assist with monthly prize drawings.
  • Assist with employee event organization.
  •  Special duties and/or assignments as needed.
  • Cooperate with coworkers in the completion of daily work assignments.
  • Update Staff website information as needed.
  • Update and maintain staff directory and online phonebook.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and order for Front Desk.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail on a daily basis.

 

Position requires weekend and holiday availability in Winter Season.
