The HR Coordinator will represent the HR team and Hyatt brand in a friendly and positive manner in all interactions.

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with greeting all visitors, colleagues, and applicants while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office. Responsibilities will include maintenance of incoming calls, walk in inquiries, special projects, coordination and execution of certain colleague relations events, maintenance of the office environment, and assisting with generalized questions colleagues may have.  Additionally, this person will support and assist with the welcoming of new hires, maintaining files, and providing support for the employment process.

  • Multi-system proficiency (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint)
  • A true desire to fulfill the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Verbal and written Spanish skills preferred
  • Previous HR Experience preferred
