Job Overview

To ensure guest, member and employee satisfaction in Housekeeping.  To provide a safe environment for our guests, members and employees.  To achieve budgeted profitability by adhering to Service and Safety Standards and exercising fiscal responsibility and sound management practices.

SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be physically fit
  • Must have a High School Diploma
  • Must have a valid Utah driver’s license

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate proactive guest, member and employee problem resolution with urgency, respect and empathy
  • Adhere to cleaning policies of department standards and ensure professional and accurate delivery of services are consistently performed
  • Turn in all lost and found items, properly tagged, to housekeeping office within an appropriate timeframe of scheduled shift
  • Maintain a clean, uncluttered and well-supplied workspace and adherence to dress standards
  • Ensure when leaving townhomes, all doors and windows are closed and locked, thermostats are set appropriate to the season and fire place flues are closed
  • All key to be checked in and out on a daily basis
  • Participate in 30 minute one-on-one coaching with supervisor each month
  • Ensure safety procedures, in accordance with safety training guidelines, are followed
  • Respond to guest needs in an appropriate, professional and courteous manner
  • Report any items requiring replacement and/or repair, or any damage to supply manager or office staff
  • Maintain and stock housekeeping supply room and area linen closets
  • Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping office, break room, restrooms, offices, Club Room and public areas of The Club
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
