Job Overview

The Night Auditor works for the University Guest House, the hotel on the University of Utah campus. This is a night shift.

Qualifications:

One year of general office experience, or equivalency, effective communication skills, and a committment to provide excellent service required.

Responsibilities:

Greets and assists visitors in person or over the telephone. Provides general office support. Will work graveyards; running audit reports, preparing daily credit card & cash deposits, answering multi-line phones & assisting guests as needed. Must also perform the duties of a front desk clerk. This position must make time management decisions that ensure all duties are completed in a time effective manner. This position reports to the Front Office Manager.
