Job Overview
The Storeroom Clerk is responsible for checking in all incoming products and guest packages. This person is also responsible for delivering food and beverage product for internal use. This person must be able to lift a moderate weight and must have good communication skills.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Ordering from Food Distributors
- Create, maintain, and update internal order sheets
- Update pricing on order guides as needed
- Maintain inventory sheet counts
- Update inventory sheets as product is added or removed
- Receive product as part of dual controls from vendors as it is delivered
- Oversee product placement and organization into correct storerooms
- Pull packing slips from all deliveries
- Checking in food deliveries
- Internal delivery of food items as requested by outlets
- Receive invoices through internal procurement system
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess and maintain a valid Utah Driver’s License
- Must have physical stamina to lift 50 pounds consistently
- Prior Hotel or F&B experience preferred
- Customer Service and Food service knowledge preferred
