The Receptionist greets guests, answers general telephone calls and assists the Center’s Manager with general office tasks and event planning.

This position requires a background check clearance; background check is paid for by the department. Employees receive the benefit of a free Trax/UTA pass during employment.

    • Greets guests and directs them to the appropriate person/office, assisting them with any problems or concerns.
    • Answers general calls to the Monson Center.
    • Assists Center’s Manager with general office tasks.
    • Assists with changes to meeting space setup, including moving tables/chairs, troubleshooting Audio Visual equipment, and working directly with the clients as needed.
  • Department Specific Preferences:
    • Must be proficient in communicating in English, both orally and in writing.
    • Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and effective oral & written communication skills required. Must have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
