Job Overview

The Copper Canyon Grill located at the Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown is seeking a hard working individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

 

As an integral part of the restaurant team, the AM/PM Restaurant Server will have the following responsibilities:

  •     Work the evening or morning shift of the restaurant.
  •     Provide Food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant.
  •     Provide guest with overview of menu choices.
  •     Prepare order for presentation to guest.
  •     Make and pours coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages.
  •     Complete side work as needed.
  •     Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing Yes I Can! Genuine hospitality and by exceeding guest expectations.

 

Position Requirements:

Qualified candidates will:

  •     Have a Food Handler’s permit.
  •     Be able to pass a background check.
  •     Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  •     Be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  •     Be able to work weekends and holidays.
