Job Overview

Primarily overseeing kitchen operations for the shift.  Responsible to train cooks and check quality. Carry out directives of Executive Chef. Organizes and prioritizes daily work tasks. Sets deadlines for completion. Ensures quality dining experience by guests. Strong communication, leadership characteristics and organizational skills are a must. Two years management experience in upscale fine dining production kitchen required. Utah Food Handler’s Permit or Sanitation Certificate.
