Job Overview
Hotel Park City located in beautiful Park City Utah, member of Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International, is seeking service oriented Bell Attendants.
Our Bell Attendants are critical members of our team, often they are the first and last point of interaction with each of our guests.
Bell Attendants are responsible for assisting guests with a variety of needs during their stay. These may include and not limited to; helping with luggage, familiarizing guests with the resort, delivering items to rooms, as well as driving guests in our shuttle.
General requirements/ responsibilities also include:
- Prior Bell service experience strongly preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required with guests daily at the highest level.
- A valid Utah driver license.
- Ability to work various shifts, possibly weekends & holidays if needed.
- Assists with guest requests / delivery of items to hotel rooms as required.
- Maintains clear and efficient communication and coordination with the Hotel Front Desk.
- Responsible reporting maintenance work orders as needed.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and carry out complex instructions, correspondence and memos.
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
- Requires you to be able to lift, push/pull at least 50 lbs.
- Requires long periods of walking/standing daily.
- Ensure department compliance with all health and safety regulations and perform other duties as assigned.
