Job Overview

To ensure guest, member and employee satisfaction in the Guest Service and Bell Departments.  To provide a safe environment for our guests, members and employees.  To achieve the guest service goals by adhering to Service and Safety Standards


  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and carry luggage up stairs and in and out of vehicles
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to drive large company vehicles in all weather conditions


  • Ensure guest, member and employee satisfaction through optimal job performance
  • Be visible to guests, members and employees to assist in check-in and check-out procedures as needed
  • Be aware of and apply the main points of Customer Services training as well as Safety and Departmental Policies and Procedures, job functionality and grooming
  • Adhere to dress standards and maintain a clean, groomed appearance
  • Demonstrate proactive guest, member and employee problem resolution with urgency, respect and empathy.  Document problems and supply feedback to managers and supervisors
  • Keep abreast of recreational activities, restaurants, safe driving practices, local events and schedules to ensure professional and accurate delivery of guest services
  • Follow control checklists
  • Complete required vehicle and guest logbooks, inventories and supplies
  • Cross train in all other bell positions and in related departments
  • Work with other departments to foster a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
  • Have a working knowledge of other departments to understand the interaction and effects
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
