Job Overview

Are you a do-it-yourselfer who gets satisfaction in repairing and fixing rather than tossing things in the garbage? Do you have building maintenance experience and feel lucky to live in the beautiful mountains of Utah? If so, the maintenance manager position at Park City Lodging is for you!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:


·        Manage and oversee the maintenance and repairs of all our managed properties

·        Manage input of work orders in our software system which tracks maintenance labor repair time and vendor costs

·        Lead and direct maintenance staff in the most efficient and effective manner possible

·        Maintain the high-quality standards our owner’s and repeat guests have come to expect

·        Maintain up-to-date list of services and needs for properties (maintenance checks, seasonal landscape maintenance, annual chimney sweeps, snow removal contracts, firewood delivery, etc.)

·        Provide daily work direction and leadership to maintenance staff

·        Ensure staffs’ ability to perform assignments to our standard of excellence

·        Take action to resolve emergency situations and follow up to ensure problems are resolved


Homeowner Associations

·        Attend annual Homeowner Association meetings

·        Give informed input to Homeowner Association Accountant when establishing the annual budget

·        Possess a good understanding of Homeowner Association CC&R’s and Rules and Regulations


Financial/Administration Responsibility

·        Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

·        Ability to learn new software systems

·        Work with Controller to ensure monthly owner statement billings are accurate and completed on a timely basis.

·        Input and review the Maintenance Department annual budget with the company Controller

·        Be an effective communicator with owners, guests, staff and team members

·        Must be punctual and dependable

·        Have at least three years’ experience in the maintenance field

·        Have a clean and professional personal appearance
