Job Overview

Elevate the art of creating unforgettable moments as Experience Curator at Goldener Hirsch. This on-site position plays a key role in developing and carrying out unique experiences for guests and team members alike.  The Experience Curator will also be the on-site point person for organizing and managing membership experiences, communication and engagement. Experiences will be aligned with the ‘Soul of the Place’ which is the unique identity and personality of each Auberge property.

  • Lead the development of curating all experiences and a monthly calendar of activities for the property
  • Planning, project managing, and collaborating with inter-departmental teams and executing special moments and weekly activities, events, classes, and programs that allow guests and members to experience the property’s values and create lasting memories
  • Assist in the development of daily rituals that bring the resort’s spirit alive for its guests and the local community
  • Working alongside the Marketing and Operations teams to project manage the strategic seasonal programs and partnerships that will bring the property to life
  • Support the curation of design elements throughout the resort. Activating guest spaces and events throughout the property in an intentional and relevant way.
  • Establish relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance our unique brand story.
  • Participate in training programs and facilitate special touches that inspire the team and highlight our Soul of the Place.
  • Identify opportunities to further improve, customize, or personalize a guest’s experience based on guest feedback and strategic opportunities.
  • Create processes to further deepen being experience-led at the property level and at the Auberge Resorts Collection brand.
  • Curate and deliver the highest quality member experience for a diverse community.   Oversee all member programming, events and activations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of specified resort information, member information, correspondence, reports and files

 

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the hospitality industry to include hotels and resorts, restaurants and wineries.
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience with developing and executing personalized experiences including coordinating events, activities, and programming.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach combined with a positive and curious demeanor.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local area including; recreation, restaurants, events, sights and other attractions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • A discerning eye for design, style and unique experiences
