Duties will include:
- Soliciting and responding promptly to guest needs.
- Ensure all staff are trained to meet hotel standards.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding budget expectations.
- Manage recruitment, orientation, training, coaching and recognition programs.
- Empower staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
What skills will help you succeed in this role?
- Two years of hotel management experience in front office or related disciplines.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
- Time management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public.
- Strong computer skills.
