Hotel Front Desk Agent
Hampton Inn & Suites Salt Lake City Airport is seeking enthusiastic and capable front desk staff to join our team.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
– Register Hotel guests
-Schedule hotel shuttles
– Direct lobby traffic to Meeting & Banquets and or Restaurant & Lounge
– Comfortable answering inbound calls
– Keep front desk, lobby, tidy and tending to cleaning
– Creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests to feel at home
– Selling retail Gift shop & Suite Shop
SKILLS:
– Being able solve problems elegantly, making an effort
– Front desk experience
– Well spoken, engaging
– Open for feedback and willing to adapt, implement new ideas
– Excellent customer service
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
– Reliable and responsible
**Available Shifts
7:00am -3:00pm and 3:00pm -11:00pm , Must have 7 day availability**
