Utah local position initially ~ (three months) with highly desirable opportunity to relocate to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Hotel company developing three luxury lifestyle hotels and private social clubs in three amazing locations around the island. Locations are in the city, jungle, and beach.
Seeking hotel investment manager (group controller) for the following combined role: Accounting Controller for the group of hotels and the investment fund parent company. Administration manager for the investment fund to communicate with the LP investors and General Partners. Fund manager to facilitate responses to new individuals looking to invest in the hotel group.
Remote position initially and then relocate to the island. Ideally, the hotel investment manager will work with us through the development process of the hotels and then convert to being the hotel group financial controller and fund administration manager.
Ten years hotel industry experience required: Hotel accounting management (controller or assistant controller). Administration and communications with the hotel ownership and the hotel management company + key management staff. Accounting experience individually with a mind set of a luxury hotel guest services, sales & marketing, and communications individual would be ideal. Experience in new hotel development and hotel openings a strong plus!
