Entry level salaried management role, working hands-on with guests and Front Office operations.
3pm-11pm schedule with variable days off.
Must have clean driving record and willing to drive in all weather conditions. Proven leadership skills, self motivated and eager to learn and grow in Hospitality industry. Provide daily supervision and guidance to the evening guest services employees.
Ensure each area is managed in accordance with operating standards to maintain a professional image and superior customer service. Assist the various departments when needed. Resolves guest complaints, concerns or disputes quickly and timely. Responsible for the overall Hotel operations when serving as Manager on Duty.
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in Front Office operations.
