Reservation Agent answers incoming calls and has a strong role in selling individual guest rooms for Grand America Hotels & Resorts, providing reliable, consistent and exceptional service anywhere from Economy Roadside properties to downtown Luxury properties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following, but not limited to:
- Answer between 50 to 120 incoming reservation calls per shift
- Sells property and features
- Uses a guideline with a point system to cover specific features and benefits to effectively sell the hotel and facilities
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to understand callers and clearly, professionally and politely convey our services and facilities
- Data entry of third party reservations requiring accuracy and detail oriented.
