High volume Sous Chef needed for upscale steakhouse.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sous Chef to join one of Moab Utah’s most exciting restaurants. Josie Wyatt’s Grille opened in August of 2019 in Moab’s only 4 diamond resort. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in addition to poolside dining, room service and banquet events.
You must be proficient in all areas of the kitchen – production, broil, sauté, pantry, prep, highly skilled at butchering of meats and fish, as well as being a true leader amongst your staff.
A fundamental understanding of menu costing, budgeted labor and food cost goals, month end inventories and the development of cost effective daily specials is paramount.
