Job Overview
Short-term assignment (3 to 9 months) for an enthusiastic, high-energy, and experienced hotel Food & Beverage Manager. Must have solid know-how of F&B, restaurant, kitchen management, bar, lounge, banquets, events, room service, mini-bars, and opening new venues. Must have international hotel experience working abroad in challenging environments. The hotel is located on the south-Pacific island of Palau.
