Job Overview
The role of a Door Host is to create amazing experiences by warmly greeting guests, checking ID’s, using names when possible, and maintaining a smooth entry process. Oversees pool tables.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Graciously greeting guests
- Checking I.D.’s
- Ensuring bar capacity stays at capacity levels
- Respond to complaints and help resolve issues with appropriate team members
- Communicate with servers and managers
- Thank guests as they exit the bar
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bar experience is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- TIPS Certified
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional grooming habits
SCHEDULE
- Shifts vary, may be early morning or late evening, weekends, holidays, depending on business levels
- Must be prepared to stay overnight, if necessary, on occasional times of road closures
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Travel to Snowbird Resort
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
