Clubhouse Bartender

• Keep the bar stocked, clean and set to Glenwild standards every shift
• Maintain an attractive back bar display; wash and polish stemware
• Learn members’ names and preferences and use them

What we’re looking for

• Prior bartending experience, ideally in fine dining, a private club or a hotel
• Working knowledge of spirits, wine and beer, and the classic cocktail recipes
• Comfort with Jonas POS system/club software
• Strong communication, and composure in all service levels with a genuine service mindset

Schedule and status

• Full-time year round, full time seasonal, and part time positions available
• Regular service Thursday through Sunday, including evenings and holidays
• Additional private event shifts available Monday through Wednesday
• Pay: $17 per hour plus service charge distribution

Requirements

• 21 or older
• Utah alcohol server certificate and food handler permit, or the ability to obtain both before your first shift
