Job Summary

Part Time On-Call Summer Event Staff Needed; Must be able to work at least 3 dates during July 3rd through July 6, and at least 8 more dates as needed mostly Thursdays, Fridays and/or Saturdays. Entry to Experienced Bartenders, Bar Backs and Cashiers needed; position will be determined based on experience. By joining the team, you will develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment. Regardless of your specific job, you will help deliver an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests and fellow employees by living our core values; Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, Be Inclusive and Have Fun!

 

Job Specifications 

  • Expected Pay Range: $7.25  hour + tips
    • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips.
  • Outlet: Canyons Village
  • Shift type: Part Time – On Call
  • Skill Level: Entry and up

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Make connections with guests and co-workers
  • Share our passion for the mountains during service
  • Follow the leadership guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
  • Bartend, Barback, and or Cashier as required
  • Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
  • Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the work day
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements 

  • Must have UT State Tips/Sips prior to working
  • Food Handler’s Certification
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Must be 21 or over
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs

 

 

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
