Job Overview

Our Housekeepers are the HEART of the hotel. We need dedicated hard working individuals who enjoy being active at work and have the desire to serve the guest. Some of the duties are: Cleaning guest rooms mid-stay and after departure. Making beds. Replacing dirty linens and towels. Restocking guest room amenities. Removing garbage, recycling, and room service trays. Organizing and stocking housekeeping carts. Notifying maintenance about broken items. Turning in lost and found items. Upholding guest confidentiality. Honoring Do Not Disturb signs.

A Housekeeper has one of the most important jobs in the entire hotel. If a guest’s room isn’t clean when they arrive or if essentials aren’t restocked mid-stay, then the guest can have a negative impression of the hotel. They might never stay at the hotel again, and they might write a bad review of the hotel online. On the other hand, if a room attendant goes above and beyond to provide quick service and attention to detail, the guest could have a very positive experience that inspires them to return again and again. Room attendants have a lot of responsibility and can make or break the guest’s experience.

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time Positions are available

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• WEEKENDS are REQUIRED
• Day shift (8 am – 5 pm)
• Overtime as needed

Typical start time:

• 8AM

• Cleaning Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
